HOW DO YOU RENT AN INSTRUMENT?

    Just come to Huffman Music Center and tell us which instrument you want to play. Can’t make up your mind? We’ll help you, and after you decide, our experienced staff will show you how to get started on you new musical career.

WHAT KIND OF INSTRUMENTS ARE FOR RENT?

    This year we have an entire inventory of band instruments from Jupiter and orchestra instruments from Knilling. These are high quality, student instruments the student will love to play, and their teacher will love to have them play!

IS THERE A MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD?

    This is a month to month commitment. You only pay for the first month’s rental at the time you sign the contract.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

    If you have a valid credit card, there is no cash deposit required. Without a credit card, most rentals require a $100 cash deposit; except alto saxophones and cellos need a $200 cash deposit

WHAT DOES THE RENTAL PAYMENT INCLUDE?

    All but $3 of each monthly rental payment can be applied towards the purchase of the instrument you rent. $3 each month covers regular maintenance on the instrument. The student will receive a loaner instrument to use while repairs are being performed.

CAN WE EXCHANGE THE INSTRUMENT FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?

    We offer an exchange program in which all, or part of the monthly payments you have made can be applied to a different instrument. 100% of payments will be applied when you upgrade sizes on string instruments.

WE OFFER FREE CLASSES!

    FREE Saturday classes in October are available to all rental students to insure a continued enthusiasm in playing. Students will learn music reading and counting fundamentals, and how to properly care for their instrument. They will be encouraged to ask questions to help them get over the early challenges of learning a new instrument.

   Drive South on the New Seward and take the Huffman Road exit. Make a right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Then, make your first right at the light at Huffman Park Drive. Pass Carrs and the Post Office on your right. We’re in the next building on your right.  Click "About Us" for a map.

ACOUSTIC & ELECTRIC GUITARS

Rates:      Acoustic Guitar w/case: $25 per month

                   Electric Guitar w/case, amp, cord & strap: $40.00 per month

Deposits:    $50.00 on acoustic guitar packages is required at the time of rental.

                    $75.00 on electric guitar packages is required at the time of rental.

Terms

--The deposit is refundable in full upon the return of all rental items.

--The deposit may be applied to the purchase of a new guitar if the customer desires.

--One month’s rental fees also may be applied toward the purchase of a new guitar.

--After the first month’s rental payment, no additional payments may be applied to the purchase price.

--Package discounts on cases & accessories will also be honored with a new guitar purchase.

DRUM SETS

Rates:      5-Piece Drum Set w/Cymbals & Throne:  $50.00 per month

Deposit: A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of rental.

Terms

--The deposit is refundable in full upon the return of all rental items.

--The deposit may be applied to the purchase of the rental set or a new drum set if the customer desires.

--One month’s rental fees also may be applied toward the purchase of a new drum set.

--After the first month’s rental payment, no additional payments may be applied to the purchase price.
